Holiday Inn & Suites Houston NW - Willowbrook, an IHG Hotel

I like how the staff provided me with the things I need like toothpaste and etc. and I also feel like my needs were meet as I also asked for a room with a great view and it was provided to me. Definitely would comeback to stay (:

Great location for shopping, restaurants and access to freeways

Close to where my family was. Clean and they had coffee.

I know its COVID related but the breakfast was a small bottle of water and a cheap muffin? When we in Colorado and north Texas a few months ago they still offered a decent breakfast.

A new looking, clean facility. Nice size rooms and clean bathrooms. Staff was very friendly.
